Proactiv Medicals specialise in the provision of medico-legal reports through the sourcing of medical experts, including General Practitioners and Consultants for Solicitors, Referrers and Insurance Companies involved in Personal Injury cases across the UK. All of our Expert Witnesses have the necessary experience and qualifications for providing detailed Medico-Legal Reports.

A General Practitioner can offer a wide scope of medical skills and general experience and is well placed to provide a balanced and objective medico-legal report, ideal for fast track cases.

For cases involving multiple injuries or if the claimant has a more complicated and/or extensive medical history, then it may be more appropriate for an Orthopaedic Consultant or other more appropriate specialist to be used. Generally Consultant reports will take longer to provide than those from a GP.
